Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: We strive to provide quality services to our clients. However, if our team members have not started working on your project, you may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the advance payment.
The advance payment becomes non-refundable once our team members have commenced work on your project.
- Completion of Work: If our team members have started working on your project and you choose to discontinue the service, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. You can pay the remaining 50% of the payment and receive the completed work as agreed upon.
- No Refund for Completed Work: Once the work is completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our designated contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If eligible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. If you are eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy, we will initiate the refund process promptly. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refund amount: If you are eligible for a refund, we will deduct 5% from the amount you paid to cover the payment gateway fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
- No Refund: There is no refund for Theme & Plugins.
Sitt Digitals reserves the right to modify our Payment Policy occasionally without giving out any prior notice to the customers. So, make sure that you are well aware of the changes.
